Most regular Virtual Cafe WIM’ visitors are on holiday. Sitting in the luxurious aura of an orangie umbrella, I can leisurely tell all the cafe visitors wherever they may be, about a small occurrence while serving in the Dutch army. I had to endure 3 days on water and bread for leaving my army issue knife on the table. Why so…?

I had GIVEN CAUSE to steal.

That is what could start a war between countries and… between motorists.

The cause of uncivilized conduct as what happened when a cabriolet driver (hood down) was seen to enter an inter-section while arrogantly not using the signal light.  The driver behind stepped out, reached in and broke the signal arm right off saying, “you don’t use it anyway.”   True story.

My “Simplesite” blog master in Denmark tells me that www.wimsically was followed by close to 70.000.  I have a request.

I assume that some live in Ottawa.  To Ottawa Citizens then:

Kindly, write a line to the councilor to help set-up a by-law to the effect that all will put a good size house or building NUMBER. This is to avoid GIVING CAUSE for un-civilization:

e.g. WHY is the car in front of me standing still without ANY reason (or signal) to do so ???  Driver cannot find the number !!
Simple as that.

While the Councillor is still listening, kindly ask most all city-businesses to have one post, or more than one post secured on spots close to the window of the business for bicycles. A ROYAL chance for business everywhere to show that they are living in the present and are aware that bicycles are very, very popular. What a good opportunity to show support for bicyclists and MORE: to notice that traffic INSIDE the business is going up.  All posts should be brightly coloured to show:..BICYCLE FRIENDLY.

In short…:

There should not be GIVING CAUSE for absolutely furious behavior and uncivilization in our evenly, perfectly, refined modern age.
Repeat: NUMBERS that are clearly visible, even with night-light.

Your Master of Accommodation with thanks for dog-leash by-law.
